I have created this blog to provide information about mortgage  options that would be helpful for borrowers with different types of mortgage needs.  Having a knowledge of mortgage options will help borrowers to make the right choice required to avoid pitfalls. It is important that you take the advantages of loan programs, not to get into problems  without knowing things that you should know.


Knowing your options is the key. Buying a house is a  big investment and stressful process if you don't know how it works. That is more true if you are a first time home buyer. 


Having  up to date  information is the key to guide home buyers to make the right choice when it comes to mortgages. It does not mean you do not need help from a professional. It is always advised that work with an experienced and knowledgeable loan officer.Most importantly the loan officer needs to provide you ample time to understand your situation.  At the same time as a borrower you also need to have  basic knowledge of how the loan process works and what are your options out there. The purpose of this blog is to educate borrowers so that they have the knowledge to work with a professional.   


For your information, I am specialized in conventional and government loan programs. I work with a mortgage broker that offers FHA and conventional loan programs through multiple wholesale lenders.
